Reasonably priced venue. Even though the bed was rock hard, room was bright and it was a such great stay overall. Bathroom was clean and clean. Pretty nice facilities, everything we needed was there.

I enjoyed the place, it was new and neat and had picturesque location near a lake, centre, Waikato hospital. The service was GREAT, great job. Large bar was available.

Thank you for everything & would definitely stop here again. The pool looked heated. Friendly location that is adjacent to - Lake Rotoroa and the lake, however extremely busy area.

we loved the views and location, they were superb. could use hair dryers and bath sheets in the private bathroom. best of all, it was 15 minutes walk to the city center. very close to a train station.
